Artwork designed with you in mind!

We design our art with your home or business in mind. When we design our paintings and determine shapes and sizes, we take into consideration where you might hang them - above a sofa, buffet, dinning table, bed head, reception desk, work desk or even a boardroom table. In areas such as bedrooms or other places of rest, we recommend art that is peaceful and neutral in both colour and design. In areas of impact such as entrance or hall ways, we suggest something colourful and high on the "Wow" factor. Something that really stands out and enhances the home.

Book a Free Consultation

Our artwork can be purchased direct from our showroom. If, however you need two or more pieces and would like to get the flow right, our free consultation is an ideal way of doing this.
Essentially what we do is bring the artwork- 2u! To arrange this service, all you need to do is come in to the showroom and select the pieces you would like us to take to show you in your home or business. This makes the decision process so much easier as you get to see the art on your walls with your individual decor. Before coming in we recommend that you decide the number of walls you would like to decorate, take measurements of the walls (so you know what size painting you require), and also think about the colours you would like in your paintings. Taking a photo of each room (showing all your decor) is a great help to us, as we are then able to more accurately assist you with suggestions. If we can stress one point, that would be to make sure you come in and make your artwork selction when you are ready to have us come out to you and when you are ready to purchase your artwork. If you book your consultation too far out, you will probably find that the pieces you selected have already sold.

The consultation itself is fun and easy and best of all it’s free !
We take the paintings out to you and hold them up on the wall. It really takes the guesswork out of the selection process.

Handy Hints

Choose the best shape
Generally, a square or vertical shaped painting looks best when the painting is to sit on its own, on a wall.
A horizontal shaped painting generally presents better when positioned above furniture, such as a lounge, dining table, buffet or bed head.

Create the illusion of space
If you would like to make your room look bigger, then we recommend that you choose paintings with lighter, brighter colours, as dark colours can draw a room in.
Don’t overdo the amount of artwork you’re displaying. One larger piece of artwork is more effective than several smaller ones.

Keep it at eye level
Artwork should be hung with the centre of the piece slightly above eye level. A common mistake people make is to hang their artwork too high. Art is much more enjoyed and appreciated when you can look straight into it.

Hanging it Straight
We always recommend that you use two hooks when hanging art, no matter how small the piece. This is to ensure perfect alignment at all times. Using a spirit level will help determine the artwork sits perfectly square.
